Annual Operating Revenue including Government Grants below US$8million
Tier 2
US$1210/yr
Annual Operating Revenue including Government Grants between US$8million to less than US$15million
Tier 3
US$1980/yr
Annual Operating Revenue including Government Grants US$15million and above
