Brisbane Conference
In 2023, the 26th AAPPAC Conference was hosted by Queensland Performing Arts Centre, with the theme Global Megatrends: Shaping Culture to 2040.

Singapore Conference
In 2022, the 25th AAPPAC Conference was hosted by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay with the theme Future Forward.
2021
Virtual Conference
In 2021, AAPPAC hosted over 200 virtual delegates at its very first virtual conference – Digital Unpacked! – Bringing the Arts to the Future Audience.
2019
Manila Conference
AAPPAC 2019 was one of the three flagship events of the Manila International Performing Arts Summit (MIPAS) organised by the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
2018
Auckland Conference
The opening day of the conference commenced at the Aotea Centre with a full pōwhiri, welcoming nearly 100 delegates from across the Asia-Pacific region to Auckland Live and Aotearoa, New Zealand.
2017
Guangzhou Conference
The last conference in China was held in Shanghai in 2009, thus Xinghai Concert Hall was honoured to welcome over 80 performing arts leaders from around the region to China once again.
