Global Cultural Districts Network

SAVE THE DATE: The Global Cultural Districts Network (GCDN) are planning their annual convening in Singapore from 27 to 29 Aug 2019, co-hosted by National Museum Singapore with the Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay and others. The event will gather international cultural and urban leaders to explore the conditions for successful cultural precincts and quarters, and the role of culture in animating cities. SOCIAL IMPACT: GCDN will release new research into the social impact of cultural districts and precincts in February 2019. Led by Professor Geoff Crossick, the research will include international case studies and a framework for organisations to set strategic objectives and evaluate their own impact.
