Global producing powerhouse Michael Cassel Group continues to make great strides in Asia with news that HAMILTON’s first ever international tour will make its way to Singapore in 2024.
Following a sold-out debut season in Manila, the HAMILTON international tour will head to Yas Island’s Etihad Arena in 2024, from 17 Jan – 4 Feb to make its Middle East premiere in Abu Dhabi.
Singapore will then be the third city on HAMILTON’s first ever international tour, beginning on 19 Apr 2024 at Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands. Tickets are on sale now, with early indications suggesting the show’s box office dominance will continue there.
“It is a great honour, with Hamilton’s original producer Jeffrey Seller, to bring Lin-Manuel Miranda’s incredible production to audiences throughout the world, and the response we have seen so far has been phenomenal,” Producer and CEO Michael Cassel said. “We are so excited to introduce Hamilton to audiences in more countries in the future.”

HAMILTON premiered on Broadway in August 2015 to wide critical and audience acclaim and has gone on to play seasons in London’s West End, Australia, Germany and has recently embarked on an international tour, premiering in New Zealand and the Philippines before it arrives to debut in Abu Dhabi and continues to Singapore.
The international tour boasts an all-star cast with performers from productions of HAMILTON around the world.
Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, R&B and Broadway, HAMILTON has taken the story of American founding father Alexander Hamilton and created a revolutionary moment in theatre – a musical that has had a profound impact on culture, politics and education.
With book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, HAMILTON is based on Ron Chernow’s acclaimed biography and is the story of America then told by America now.
Lin-Manuel Miranda’s global phenomenon has been captivating fans across the world since it burst to life in 2015 and has received an array of accolades including 11 Tony Awards®, seven Olivier Awards, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the 2016 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album.
