New Appointments at Arts Centre Melbourne

Beau Vigushin

Arts Centre Melbourne has appointed Beau Vigushin to the role of Executive Director, Customer Experience. Beau joined Arts Centre Melbourne in March 2002 as an Usher, and has moved through many customer service roles including Concierge, Tour Guide, House Supervisor and Duty Manager. Beau also had secondments in Philanthropy and Finance and played a key role in the Tessitura in-house ticketing implementation of 2009.  After a stint working in Customer Relations & Online Marketing at Melbourne Recital Centre, Beau returned to Arts Centre Melbourne in 2014 as Director, Ticketing and CRM, followed by Director, Ticketing and Visitor Experience.

Daniel Johnston

Daniel Johnston has been appointed as Arts Centre Melbourne’s first ever Director of Digital Transformation. In this new role Dan will develop the strategy to deliver on the organisation’s digital vision to ‘Engage, Connect and Enrich all our stakeholders through digital innovation’ in collaboration with all areas of the business, lead digital transformation and ensure technology effectively supports the transformation. Dan joins Arts Centre Melbourne after nine years at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre where he was responsible for IT and Business Solutions, including the technology and digital strategy.
