Applications are open now for Adelaide Festival Centre’s Arts Leadership Programme – an annual, fully funded, four-day intensive, with tailored leadership guidance and curated workshops from expert leaders.

Now in its third year, the Arts Leadership Program is designed to support arts industry workers across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, who see themselves as future leaders, gain the tools to take their career to the next leadership level.

From 4 – 7 Nov, twenty participants from across the Asia Pacific will receive:

• Personalised leadership tools
• Dedicated knowledge exchange with industry professionals
• Peer support
• Networking and relationship building

If you are a mid-career arts worker who sees themselves as a future leader, working behind the scenes to bring the Arts to the world, this is for you.

The 2025 programme will focus on wellbeing and the Arts. Panels and workshops will include;

• Leadership and self-care (how to survive and thrive),
• Leadership and staff care (how to manage strain in the sector),
• Leadership and artists care (how to assist the creative force),
• The benefits of arts for wellbeing of all (why the arts are good for you, with evidence and data from experts.)
