About Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo

The Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo (HKPAX, pronounced “Hong-Kong-pax”), aims to foster and deepen exchange and collaboration among the global network of performing arts institutions and professionals in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, Asia, and beyond. The inaugural edition in 2024 drew over 1,600 delegates from 60 regions and countries and attracted more than 32,000 local audience members.

The second edition of HKPAX embraces the theme Passion in Motion, framing the performing arts as a dynamic, vibrant, and ever-evolving field. From 9 – 13 Oct 2026, HKPAX will once again bring global performing arts professionals together for a thoughtfully curated programme of performances, pitches, talks, exhibitions, and professional networking activities, all while giving local and international audiences the opportunity to experience Hong Kong’s unique culture and vibrant performing arts scene.
