WestK FunFest 2025

In spring 2025, WestK FunFest, an indoor and outdoor participatory arts festival for families of all constellations, will take place around the Art Park, Freespace and the Xiqu Centre. 

The weeks-long festival will offer an exciting programme of free and ticketed multimedia performances by local and international artists, dazzling large-scale immersive installations, artist-led workshops and captivating interactive experiences for audiences of all ages. 

Highlight international events include Carnival of the Animals, a spellbinding multimedia reimagining of Saint-Saëns’ classical work by internationally renowned Australian contemporary circus Circa, La bulle, a magical, one-of-a-kind outdoor performance by Canadian physical theatre and dance company CORPUS featuring a Pierrot mime and a transparent bubble tent, and a new immersive theatre experience created collaboratively by UK arts company Fevered Sleep and local artists and children. Bring your family and friends and be inspired!
