Experience Singapore’s Civic District as you hop from sight to sight on one of Singapore’s Sidecars!

Relish the full expanse of this historical quarter with its grand Victorian buildings forming the administrative centre and seat of Government during the Colonial era, and learn more about how it has been transformed into a vibrant arts and cultural cluster in the heart of the city today – home to some of the nation’s gazetted monuments, world-class museums and arts centres.

The tour includes stops at Asian Civilisations Museum, Capitol Singapore, National Gallery Singapore, Esplanade Theatres on the Bay, The Arts House, and Victoria Theatre & Victoria Concert Hall.

SIFA On Demand features three SIFA 2022 Creations through the lens of filmmaker Tang Kang Sheng. Our festival commission film Delicate Spells of Mind will also be available on SIFA on Demand.

MEPAAN, Ceremonial Enactments & Bangsawan Gemala Malam recordings will be screening from 20 Jun – 10 Jul. Delicate Spells of Mind’s screening is from 20 May – 10 Jul.

INTERMISSIONS is a video series that goes into the artists’ studios at the Stamford Arts Centre, an enclave for traditional arts.

Each of the 4 episodes offers a glimpse behind the scenes as artists share more about the traditional arts and its relevance to contemporary Singapore, and present what they are all about through performance.
