National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) launched Bandish: Festival of legendary Composers with the aim of allowing audiences to revel in a celebration of the compositions by legendary composers.

The eighth edition of the three-day festival will showcase some of the most treasured works of the great composers, presented by most eminent artists.

August Dance Residency 2018

August Dance Residency is one of the most awaited dance events at the NCPA. Each year in August, NCPA invites a renowned dance institute from India to showcase their work in a series of performances, lec-dems and seminars.

Symphony Orchestra of India 2018 – Autumn Season | September 2018

The Symphony Orchestra of India (SOI), based at the NCPA, Mumbai, is India’s first and only professional orchestra. SOI is founded in 2006 by NCPA Chairman Khushroo Suntook and violin virtuoso Marat Bisengaliev. The SOI has performed with some of today’s leading conductors and soloists, including Charles Dutoit, Augustin Dumay, Maria João Pires, and many more. The SOI has performed internationally in Switzerland, Russia, Oman, and the UAE.
