30th Anniversary

This year is the 30th anniversary of the Seoul Arts Centre. Celebrating this milestone, SAC invites Nederlands Dans Theatre 1 to perform from 19 to 21 Oct. Renowned for its versatility, astonishing technique and virtuosic expression, NDT1 presented Safe as Houses (2001) and Stop Motion (2014), choreographed by artistic director Paul Lightfoot and house choreographer Sol León. And newly invented works by associate choreographer Marco Goecke had its world premiere on 27 Sep in the Netherlands.

Running from 6 to 25 Nov is Russian theatre director Yuriy Butusov’s production of A Doll’s House, penned by Norwegian Henrik Ibsen. It features Korean actors, Russian creative staff, stage designer Aleksandr Shishkin and choreographer Nikolay Reutov.
